We ship your goods with DHL or a forwarding agent
Items in stock will reach you throughout Germany within approx. 2-4 working days, within Europe in approx. 2-6 working days and outside Europe, depending on the destination country, in approx. 5-19 working days.

Bikes in stock are delivered within 4-8 working days within Germany and within 15 working days within Europe.

Delivery conditions outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, we deduct the German VAT (19%) immediately

Collection

For many products, we also offer collection from our office in Oberhausen.
To do this, simply click on Collect under the delivery method in the ordering process.
