Six 5 mm thick foldable steel rods, connected by special rivets, fold like a ruler – that's what the BORDO™ 6000 folding lock looks like. The idea is not new, the locks of the BORDO™ family from ABUS are now real classics, but their functionality is still there unsurpassed. Made of specially hardened steel, the rods and the housing offer a high level of resistance, while at the same time the folding technique gives the BORDO™ 6000 a great deal of flexibility. The high-quality ABUS Plus cylinder also ensures a high level of protection, e.g. against picking. A soft 2-component coating protects the paint on your bike. The "Made in Germany" quality of the BORDO™ 6000 folding lock has received international awards, including from test institutes in Russia, Denmark and Great Britain.
